1. App crashes or freezes

Try restarting the app.

If the issue continues, please contact us with details.

2. Diary or notes not saving

Make sure you have enough storage on the device.

Restart the app and try again.

3. Widget not updating

Open HATIRAT → wait 5–10 seconds → return to Home Screen.

If still not updating, restart your device.

4. I forgot my diary password

You can reset it using the built-in recovery question in the app settings.
